South Petherton in Bloom

The South Petherton Brownies recently replanted the flower beds in the car park.  They were helped by Topper (the only man in the photos) from South Somerset District Council.  SSDC provided all the plants and compost free of charge for which South Petherton in Bloom is very grateful.

During this very dry spell we are deeply indebted to the Brownies and in particular Pat Richardson for all their hard work in watering the beds.  We would also like to thank Churchill's Butchers and Tang's Chinese restaurant for allowing the Brownies to collect water from their premises.
